Laatst bijgewerkt op 24 oktober 2026. These terms apply to every order on timberdelights.store. We have kept them as short and clear as we can. Your statutory rights as a consumer always come first.

1. Who we are

Claassen Trading, trading as Timber Delights
Zandershof 21, 1971 PG IJmuiden, the Netherlands
E-mail: info@timberdelights.store
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 94458243
VAT number: NL005085090B27

2. What these terms apply to

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Timber Delights and to every contract you make with us through this website. You can always read, save or print them on this page. Other arrangements only apply if we have agreed them with you in writing (email counts).

3. Our offer and prices

We describe our products as fully and honestly as we can. Our products are handmade from natural wood, so every piece differs slightly from the photo in colour, grain and shape. That is not a defect, it is part of the material.

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown in your bag and at checkout, before you order. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.

4. Your order

The contract is made as soon as you place and pay for your order. You get a confirmation by email straight away with an overview of your order. We may refuse an order for a good reason, for example in case of misuse or if a product is no longer in stock. You then get your money back immediately.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the other countries of the European Union. Orders placed in the Netherlands on a working day before 14:00 are delivered the next working day. Belgium and Germany take 2 to 3 working days, the other EU countries 2 to 6 working days. Current shipping costs and delivery times are on shipping and returns.

We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree a different period with you. If we cannot, we let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of damage or loss stays with us until the parcel has been delivered to you (or to someone you have named for this).

6. Payment

7. Right of withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or someone you have named for this, received the product. If you order several products that are delivered separately, it starts after you receive the last one.

Let us know within those 14 days that you want to withdraw. You can do this in three ways:
